HPD Production Test Stand
The HPD Production Test Stand is the largest production test stand for hydraulic cartridge valves in the world. At 25’ high, it has been in operation for almost 2 years without a production breakdown.
- 2 Supercharged 100HP 6,000psi Hydraulic Main Pumps
- 3 10,000psi Manifold Pilot Supply Pumps
- 3 Operator Test Cells each with two Test Stations
- Fully Automatic and air cooled
- Acoustic level is less than 70dBA
- Capable of testing almost 2,000 cartridge valves per day

General Dynamics Land Systems
Over the last 3 years, with projects ongoing, PSI has successfully implemented major upgrades at the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center located in Lima, OH

U.S. Military Contracting
Since the original founding of PSI in 1998, more revenue has been generated through serving the United States Military with Service, Parts, and Equipment for most of the repair depots throughout the country.
